About the position
Besides getting plenty of work done with data, you will join a small and dynamic team of colleagues who all share the same interest as you; Data. You will be part of the Data Team; a team that works and sparks a lot because of the short lines within Maandag®. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and dares to think along and wants to achieve results.
The role is hybrid - 2-3 days a week in our office in Wrocław.
What will you do?
- You will collaborate and interact with users across the organisation about their requirements.
- You collaborate and share knowledge with the Data Team.
- You set up and maintain the new Monday® data landscape in Microsoft Fabric.
- You develop ETL processes and data pipelines to move and transform data.
- You monitor data quality and consistency and implement data quality controls
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have at least 4 years' work experience in the Data Engineer or BI Specialist role.
- You have thorough knowledge of and experience in writing SQL queries, developing ETL processes and programming in Python.
- You have experience with Snowflake, T-SQL and MSSQL.
- You know your way around Microsoft Azure Cloud well: you have experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Datalake Storage, for example.
- You are self-reliant and have good communication skills, able to initiate projects independently and bring them to a good result.
- You are customer-oriented: your solution fits the wishes, needs and expectations of our customers.

Therefore, we are looking for a Data Engineer (+4 years of work experience) to join our Data Team. As a Data Engineer at our head office, you and the team will be responsible for developing and maintaining our data landscape, and coming up with smart applications in Microsoft Fabric. You will also build data solutions and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making within Maandag®.
