About the position

We are seeking a technically skilled and forward-thinking engineer for an exciting opportunity with a growing company based in Stockholm, focused on internal systems, automation, and digital development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of IT infrastructure, business improvement, and AI, with a high level of ownership and the opportunity to make real impact.
You will play a key role in improving internal IT processes and driving initiatives related to AI and automation. The role includes both operational and strategic responsibilities, where you will identify opportunities for improvement, implement efficient solutions, and contribute to the company’s ongoing digital development.
You will collaborate closely with multiple business functions and act as the bridge between technology and business needs.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience within IT infrastructure, internal systems, or modern workplace environments
- Experience working with automation and process improvement within IT operations
- Strong interest in AI, preferably with hands-on experience from AI-related initiatives
- Good understanding of how technology creates business value
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Meritorious
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID
- Experience from fast-growing companies or modern tech environments
