About the position
We are looking for someone with drive, commercial instinct, curiosity, ownership, and strong judgment. Someone who knows how to build trust, ask the right questions, and move opportunities forward without being pushy or generic.
What that means in practice:
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Run sharp discovery conversations and understand customer pain, priorities, and buying processes
- Position solutions and services across Cloud, AI, Security, and SaaS
- Work closely with founders, partners, and delivery teams to shape winning opportunities
- Drive proposals, negotiations, and commercial conversations
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions
- Collaborate with partners like AWS, Google Cloud, Wiz, Auth0, Okta, Grafana Labs, and more
- Keep your pipeline clean, your forecast realistic, and your deals moving
- Help us improve our sales motion, not just execute it
- This role is for someone who wants to do more than “just sell.”

Job Requirements
You might be a fit if you:
- are highly motivated and want to build something ambitious
- have experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, Security, or IT services
- know how to run strong discovery and qualification
- are comfortable owning deals from first meeting to signature
- can communicate clearly and confidently with decision-makers
- are structured, proactive, and commercially sharp
- understand that great sales is about listening, solving, and creating value
- like working closely with founders and cross-functional teams
- are excited by partner-led business and ecosystem selling
- write and communicate very well in German and English
Big plus if you already have experience in:
- SaaS or cloud sales
- Security or identity-related topics
- MEDDICC or another strong qualification framework
- working with CRM systems like Zoho or Salesforce
- partner motions with hyperscalers or SaaS vendors
- startup or high-growth environments
Most importantly, mindset matters a lot. You do not need to know everything already.
You do need the ambition to learn fast, sell well, and raise the bar.
