About the position
Zakres obowiązków:
- koordynacja prac oraz bieżąca kontrola terminowości i jakości robót sanitarnych i mechanicznych
- weryfikacja dokumentacji projektowych, kosztorysów oraz przedmiarów robót
- nadzór nad podwykonawcami
- udział w odbiorach robót
- udział w naradach koordynacyjnych
- wydawanie materiałów i kontrola stanu magazynu
Job Requirements
Nasze wymagania:
- wykształcenie wyższe techniczne o profilu sanitarnym i mechanicznym
- znajomość instalacji sanitarnych i mechanicznych
- doświadczenie zawodowe min. 2 lata na podobnym stanowisku
- umiejętność czytania dokumentacji projektowej
- znajomość pakietu programów MS Office, AutoCad
- prawo jazdy kategorii B
- chęć zdobywania dalszego doświadczenia i zaangażowanie w proces budowlany
- znajomość języka niemieckiego lub angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym
- gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych
