About the position
Location: Skåne Context: 40hrs/week Start: Asap End: Until 30 November 2026 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major business transformation within the Technical Communication area at a global industrial organization.
In this role, you will take full ownership of a transformation initiative focused on processes, tools, and governance within technical documentation. You will coordinate stakeholders across manufacturing, central functions, IT, and technical communication teams in multiple regions.
You will structure and lead the project organization, define scope and deliverables, manage budget and timelines, secure governance and reporting, and proactively manage risks and dependencies. A key part of the assignment is driving change, ensuring alignment, engagement, and long term adoption of new ways of working.
You will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating operational needs into technical requirements while maintaining a strategic overview of the future documentation landscape.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Several years of experience leading complex transformation or implementation projects
- Strong understanding of technical documentation environments
- Experience with structured content and XML based authoring
- Knowledge of documentation and translation workflows
- Understanding of metadata structures and governance
- Experience working with SAP equipment structures
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience coordinating cross functional and international stakeholders
- Experience with systems such as Windchill, Arbortext, SAP, Poka, or SharePoint is considered a strong advantage.
As a leader, you are self driven, structured, and confident in complex environments. You communicate clearly across organizational levels, remain calm in challenging discussions, and combine strategic thinking with hands on execution.
