About the position
As an Invoicing Specialist, your main responsibility is to process invoices correctly and on time. You make sure purchase and sales invoices are handled without errors, so that our clients receive the right information and payments can be managed smoothly. Your work focuses on preparing, checking, entering and sending invoices, following clear procedures.
Work in our Warsaw office, hybrid type - 3 days a week in the office.
You will be working from Poland for the Maandag Invoicing team based in The Netherlands.

- Accuracy and attention to detail when processing invoices.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Reliability and a hands-on attitude to keep the invoicing flow running smoothly.
- Interest in financial or administrative processes.
- Good communication skills; English is required
- Educational background at secondary vocational (MBO+) or bachelor’s level in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
