obsługa serwisowa instalacji sanitarnych oraz instalacji tryskaczowych (ppoż.)
diagnozowanie usterek, prowadzenie prac naprawczych i konserwacyjnych
nadzór nad realizacją robót sanitarnych zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną i przepisami
możliwe pełnienie funkcji Kierownika Robót Sanitarnych przy mniejszych inwestycjach budowlanych, obejmujących aranżacje, modyfikacje oraz rozbudowy istniejących instalacji
koordynacja pracy ekip wykonawczych oraz podwykonawców
kontrola jakości i terminowości prowadzonych robót
prowadzenie dokumentacji technicznej i powykonawczej
współpraca z inwestorem, projektantami oraz inspektorami nadzoru

Job Requirements

wykształcenie techniczne (sanitarne, inżynieria środowiska lub pokrewne)
doświadczenie w obsłudze serwisowej instalacji sanitarnych i/lub tryskaczowych
znajomość przepisów prawa budowlanego oraz norm branżowych
umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej i projektowej
samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy i odpowiedzialność
prawo jazdy kat. B
