Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership over financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Drive corporate valuations, M&A strategy, and investment decisions
• Lead risk management, including commodity and currency price hedging
• Develop and maintain strong banking relationships; oversee credit, funding, and capital-raising initiatives
• Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and reporting
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial strategy and business growth
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to deliver operational excellence.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership experience in a multinational company
  Strong background in corporate banking, investment banking (M&A), private equity, or senior strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent).
• Deep expertise in budgeting, corporate valuation, risk management, corporate finance, and fund-raising.
• Experience in energy or agri-commodities trading is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Exceptional ability to manage banking relationships, credit, and capital-raising.
• Excellent command of English; fluency in other languages (Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Arabic) is a plus.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities; board-facing experience preferred.
