- Kompleksowa realizacja projektów z branży elektrycznej i teletechnicznej
- Kontraktacja podwykonawców i materiałów
- Planowanie i kontrola budżetu realizacyjnego
- Nadzór nad jakością i terminowością robót
- Organizacja i kontrola pracy zespołu realizacyjnego
- Rozliczanie finansowe robót elektrycznych
- Udział w naradach z GW i inwestorem
Functie-eisen
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, profil elektryczny
- Uprawnienia budowlane bez ograniczeń (sieci, instalacje i urządzenia elektryczne i elektroenergetyczne)
- Min. 2 lata na stanowisku Kierownika Projektu/Kontraktu lub podobnym
- Doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu budowy pod kątem robót elektrycznych
- Znajomość instalacji niskoprądowych: SAP, DSO, CCTV, LAN, BMS, KD
- MS Office, AutoCad, prawo jazdy kat. B
- Niemiecki lub angielski — obowiązkowo
- Gotowość do wyjazdów/delegacji
