About the Position
Our client from the FinTech and digital wealth management sector is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and delivery of modern, scalable wealth management solutions.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology. You will translate business needs into practical, regulatory-compliant solution architectures and help turn innovative ideas into real customer impact.
The role is offered in a hybrid model for the locations in Aachen or Frankfurt.
- Design end-to-end digital wealth management solutions based on the client’s platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable and regulatory-compliant architectures
- Create solution blueprints and implementation concepts
- Orchestrate interfaces with third-party providers
- Support integrations into existing IT infrastructures
- Contribute to pre-sales phases by developing solution concepts and realistic implementation plans
- Improve customer experience through smart digital solutions
- Work closely with product management, compliance, legal, and sales teams
- Evaluate new market and technology trends such as ESG, AI, and robo-advisory

Job Requirements
- Degree in economics, computer science, finance, or a related field
- Strong experience in solution architecture, business transformation, or FinTech
- Experience in wealth management or asset management is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, FinSA, or GDPR
- Experience with modern platform architectures and complex IT system integrations
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and convincingly
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Cloud Strategy, or Financial Consulting
- Experience with digital banking, investment advisory, portfolio management, or risk analysis solutions
- Understanding of AI, ESG, or robo-advisory use cases in financial services
