Job Description
- Leiden van IT- en digitaliseringsprojecten binnen gemeenten
- Implementeren van systemen zoals zaaksystemen, DMS/RMA en klantcontactsystemen (KCC)
- Begeleiden van systeemmigraties, applicatievervanging en software-implementaties
- Opstellen van projectplannen, roadmaps en businesscases
- Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico’s (GROTIK)
- Aansturen van projectteams en externe leveranciers (vendor management)
- Vertalen van functionele wensen naar technische oplossingen (business-IT alignment)
- Werken binnen architectuurkaders zoals Common Ground en GEMMA
- Stakeholdermanagement op operationeel, tactisch en bestuurlijk niveau
- Voorbereiden van besluitvorming en rapporteren aan management en bestuur
- Zorgdragen voor adoptie, implementatie en verandermanagement binnen de organisatie
- Werken binnen kaders van wet- en regelgeving zoals AVG en informatiebeveiliging (BIO)
Job Requirements
- Minimaal 3–5 jaar ervaring als projectleider IT of digitalisering
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen een gemeente of publieke organisatie
- HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau (bijv. Informatica, Bestuurskunde, Bedrijfskunde)
- Ervaring met IT-implementaties, systeemmigraties en digitale verandertrajecten
- Bekend met gemeentelijke IT-landschappen (zaaksystemen, DMS, KCC, data platforms)
- Kennis van architectuurprincipes zoals Common Ground en GEMMA
- Ervaring met AVG, BIO en informatiemanagement
- Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en schakelen tussen business en IT
- Ervaring met projectmethodieken zoals Prince2, Agile, Scrum of IPMA
