STANOWISKO: Kierownik Robót ds. Instalacji Sanitarnych LOKALIZACJA: Szczecin (zachodniopomorskie) — praca stacjonarna, gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych FORMA ZATRUDNIENIA: umowa o pracę, pełny etat
- Planowanie, organizacja i bieżący nadzór nad realizacją robót zgodnie z projektem technicznym i harmonogramem
- Nadzór nad jakością i terminowością robót
- Organizacja i kontrola pracy podległych brygad i podwykonawców
- Analiza dokumentacji technicznej
- Koordynacja dostaw materiałów
- Nadzór nad usuwaniem wad i usterek
- Prowadzenie dokumentacji inwestycji
- Rozliczanie finansowe robót
- Udział w naradach z generalnym wykonawcą i inwestorem
Job Requirements
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (klimatyzacja, ogrzewnictwo, instalacje sanitarne)
- Uprawnienia budowlane w specjalności instalacyjnej (sieci, instalacje, urządzenia cieplne, wentylacyjne, gazowe, wodociągowe i kanalizacyjne) do kierowania robotami bez ograniczeń — twardy wymóg, nie do obejścia
- Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w bezpośrednim wykonawstwie robót instalacyjnych/sieciowych
- Doświadczenie w samodzielnym prowadzeniu budowy pod kątem robót sanitarnych
- Umiejętność zarządzania procesem budowlanym: koordynacja, delegowanie, egzekwowanie zadań
- MS Office, AutoCad
- Prawo jazdy kat. B
- Niemiecki lub angielski
