Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to drive growth in our Home & Personal Care (HPCC) division in Dubai. The role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the HPCC sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Manage client accounts and ensure superior customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results. Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic planning.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the chemical industry, with a focus on HPCC-related products.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent account management capabilities.
Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market is highly advantageous.
Technical expertise in products such as Hair, skin, oral, sun care, preservatives, antimicrobial, antiseptic, natural products, silicone etc. chemicals.
