About the Position
Project type: Consultant assignment. Duration is expected to the end of the year, with possibility of extension. Start: ASAP Location: Stockholm (hybrid setup) Language: English (Swedish is a plus) At Maandag Nordic, we are now looking for a senior Test & Acceptance Manager for a large-scale SAP transformation within a complex enterprise IT environment for one of our clients. The assignment is part of a migration from SAP ECC (classic) to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on SAP-related risk, governance, and IT test management. You will take overall responsibility for how testing and acceptance are structured, executed, and followed up across the program. Your role
- Own and drive the overall test and acceptance strategy for the SAP transformation
- Lead and manage a central IT test team
- Coordinate testing across multiple business units, each contributing input through their local test representatives
- Define and maintain the Test Management Plan, including scope, structure, roles, timelines, and quality approach
- Ensure full traceability from requirements to tested and accepted solutions
- Coordinate closely with external vendors regarding test execution, verification, and final acceptance
- Plan, lead, and facilitate test-related meetings and workshops
- Communicate test progress, risks, deviations, and dependencies clearly to stakeholder
- The central test function is fully responsible for ensuring that all relevant functionality is properly tested, documented, and approved before acceptance.
Job Requirements
Required experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager / Test & Acceptance Manager in large IT programs
- Strong experience from SAP environments, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA migrations
- Experience working in complex organizations with multiple teams and external suppliers
- Solid understanding of structured testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
- Ability to lead testers and drive test activities in a hands-on and structured way
- Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
