Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead, coordinate, and organize a software development team – both technically and disciplinarily
✔ Ensure efficient use of resources and manage development initiatives within budget, time, and scope constraints
✔ Align the roadmap with the Product Owner and communicate development KPIs to stakeholders
✔ Take over technical leadership and actively support your team in implementing and evolving new products and processes
✔ Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards
✔ Contribute to the ongoing technical and architectural development of the platform
✔ Promote and apply agile development methods and actively participate in agile project teams
✔ Collaborate with other development teams and end-user teams to ensure smooth operations
✔ Support application development in .NET / C# when required
Your Profile:
✔ A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
✔ A team-oriented leadership personality who embodies and promotes the company's culture in day-to-day operations
✔ Solid professional experience as a full-stack developer, with strong expertise in .NET / C# or comparable programming languages, and SQL
✔ Experience with AWS or a similar cloud provider (a plus)
✔ Familiarity with agile methodologies and a DevOps mindset
✔ Strong communication skills in both German and English
✔ Knowledge of Angular (a plus)
