About the Position

Start: According to agreement Duration: Long term, 12 months to start with good possibility of extension  Location: Stockholm

 

We are looking for a System Technician with solid experience in Google Workspace and CRM administration to support the continued development of a growing global tech organization. In this role, you will be part of a Tech Operations team focused on improving internal platforms, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth technical operations across multiple markets.

 

You will work closely with IT leadership and collaborate with local teams to understand needs, implement scalable solutions, and support ongoing improvement initiatives. The role includes hands-on system administration, developing best practices, and driving automation across business-critical tools and applications.

 

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working in a high-paced environment, and enabling teams through smart, efficient systems and processes.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate organizational needs and implement effective technical solutions across several markets
  • Administer, configure and support business applications, with a primary focus on Google Workspace and CRM systems
  • Develop and enhance automation across platforms and internal workflows
  • Deliver global system administration and support, while also handling local adaptations when needed
  • Create and improve ways-of-working, documentation and best practices
  • Collaborate with local IT and operational teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to a positive team culture built on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, we see that you have: 

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Google Workspace in a fast-paced, agile setting
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator
- Background in IT support or technical operations
- Experience with advanced UI configurations and workflow design
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to give constructive feedback and collaborate well with cross-functional teams
- Experience working across multiple regions or markets
- Comfortable operating in fast-growing organizations with dynamic environments and flat structures

We'd consider it a huge plus if you also had: 
- Scripting experience (e.g., Java, PowerShell, Google Apps Script)
- Experience with Slack administration
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Exposure to Jira Service Management
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- A natural ability to motivate others and help teams perform at their best
