About the Position

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst (Advanced) with strong SharePoint expertise to support the design and development of complex IT solutions. The role focuses on translating business requirements into high-quality system designs and supporting the full software development lifecycle.

The role is hybrid in Warsaw.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes, capabilities, requirements, and user stories
  • Design software functionality for new IT solutions
  • Create and maintain system models (UML, data models, use cases, workflows)
  • Cooperate with UX/UI specialists on UI forms and controls
  • Manage functional and non-functional requirements
  • Present and explain system designs to business and technical stakeholders
  • Support Product Owners in preparing tasks for development teams
  • Prepare system documentation, presentations, and user trainings
  • Support testing, development, quality assurance, and change management activities

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Systems Analyst role
  • Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of:Software functionality design
  • UML modeling
  • System development methodologies
  • Business analysis and requirements engineering
  • Proficiency with system modeling tools (e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect)
  • Advanced SharePoint expertise and SharePoint-specific tools

Certifications

  • At least one of the following is required:
  • Certified UML Professional (Intermediate level)
    or an equivalent internationally recognized certification: OCUP 2, TOGAF, IREB CPRE, ISTQB Advanced, BPMN 2.0, PMI-PBA, BCS BA


English level: C1
