About the Position

We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our team, specializing in SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022 (MT to MX), and payment system transformations. You will bridge IT and business, gathering and detailing requirements, designing process models, and supporting data mapping and migration initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Elicit and analyze business and IT requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Document functional and non-functional requirements in clear requirement specification documents
- Perform data analysis, data mapping and design data flows to support development teams
- Identify impacted systems and teams based on requirements
- Support development and quality control activities to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Build process models and support user interface prototyping and design
- Work hands-on with SQL to analyze and validate data
- Bring strong business knowledge of the payments domain (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO messages) to guide solution design

- Proven experience as an IT Analyst / Requirement Specialist in the payments area
- Strong technical knowledge in data mapping, migration and process modelling
- Hands-on SQL experience
- Deep understanding of payment systems and standards: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022 (MT to MX)
- Experience with user interface prototyping and design
- Familiarity with bulking/de-bulking of payment files, instant payments vs. classic SEPA payments, and customer enrollment processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional Nordic teams
- Structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Experience in instant payment infrastructure
- Knowledge of bulking/de-bulking files in payment processing
- Prior work on customer enrolment flows for payment systems
