As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for advising clients during the implementation of our software solution. This includes project management and the technical implementation afterward. You will be the point of contact for all aspects of the project.

• Collection of project requirements: In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You actively listen and accurately capture their wishes and needs. Through targeted questions and a deep understanding of the industry, you will develop a comprehensive picture of the project requirements, which will serve as the foundation for the entire process.
• Analysis, planning, documentation, and conception of projects: You will examine the collected requirements, identify potential opportunities and challenges, and design the perfect solution for the customer.
• Technical implementation: Here, you will fully utilize your technical skills. You will implement the planned concepts, working closely with our development team to ensure that each project is efficiently and qualitatively executed.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops: To offer our customers the best possible benefit from our solutions, you will conduct practical training sessions and workshops. Here, you will share your knowledge and experience to strengthen the client’s team and ensure that they can use the new systems optimally. Your ability to communicate complex content in an understandable way makes these sessions a valuable experience for all participants.

• Experience in project management and independent conceptual work.
• In-depth knowledge of databases SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL as well as programming languages Java and JavaScript.
• Windows administration knowledge and Linux experience.
• Ideally, practical experience in the ECM field and cloud experience.
• Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is desirable.
• An open, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor combined with strong communication skills.
• Native-level German and good English skills.
