About the Position

We are looking for a skilled SAS Developer to join our team supporting regulatory reporting and data integration processes in a leading banking environment. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, translating reporting and integration requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data mappings and file-based data integrations using SAS Data Integration Studio
- Design, build and maintain regulatory reports (using SAS and Power BI)
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Participate in testing activities and ensure high data quality and compliance with regulatory standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration and reporting processes in a SAFe agile environment
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Strong experience with SAS programming and SAS Data Integration Studio
- Proven skills in data mapping and report development (SAS and Power BI)
- Experience with file-based integrations and structured testing practices
- Hands-on experience in financial sector projects, especially in regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of Swedish reporting requirements is a strong advantage
- Previous experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile) environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively between business and IT
