Salesforce Developer

This role is hybrid (2-3 days in our Wrocław office).

About the role:

Salesforce is at the core of our application landscape and supports key business processes across the organization. As a Salesforce Developer, you will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will collaborate closely with application administrators, business analysts, project managers, other developers, and external suppliers to deliver stable, scalable, and well-integrated solutions. This is a hands-on development role, not a consulting position.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce-based applications
• Build and optimize low-code solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities (Flows, automation, configuration)
• Design and implement code-based solutions using Apex when platform capabilities are not sufficient
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
• Test, deploy, and support new features and updates
• Ensure performance, stability, and reliability of the Salesforce environment
• Proactively improve existing systems and development practices
• Work closely with cross-functional and international teams

What we are looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including both low-code and Apex-based development
• Hands-on experience with building Flows
• Ability to quickly understand and work with existing, customized Salesforce solutions
• Experience with Salesforce inbound and outbound integrations
• Solid understanding of data flows and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to deep dive into technical challenges
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
