Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in Appian development
- Hands-on experience in BPM solution design, implementation, and support
- Proficiency in Appian 19.x, 20.x, 21.x and above
- Strong understanding of databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and web services (SOAP/REST)
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, JSON, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally
- Experience working with Appian Sites, Appian Records, UX design, SAML, OAuth Framework
- System integration expertise across mobile, portal, and extended interface applications
- Appian L2 (or higher) certification is required
- Strong problem-solving and BPMN design skills
- Experience in plug-in development, system integrations, and production support (cloud and in-house)
- Ability to translate business process requirements into prototypes and workflows
- Solid SQL, database management, and data modelling experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
