IT Support Specialist
Start Date: February 2025 or earlier if possible
Location: South Stockholm, with occasional travel to other locations such as Gothenburg.
About the Project
Our client is bringing their IT support in-house and is seeking dedicated IT Support Specialists to be part of this transformation. As part of the team, you will play a key role in enhancing and streamlining IT support using ServiceNow. You will be involved in defining, maintaining, automating, and organizing IT tickets and services to better serve the business.
We are looking for IT professionals who are not only technically proficient but also solution-oriented, with a strong focus on communication and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-line IT support, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
Use ServiceNow to register, monitor, and track tickets, escalating to third-line support when necessary.
Follow up on tickets to guarantee swift problem resolution, maintaining high service standards.
Engage directly with business units to identify their needs and provide clear, solution-driven assistance.
Occasionally travel to other warehouse locations, such as Gothenburg, to provide on-site support when required.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role.
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow.
Experience with Jira is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel occasionally to other warehouse locations.
