About the Position
Szukamy doświadczonego Full Stack Developera (.NET + Angular) z ambicją i predyspozycjami do objęcia roli Tech Leada. Osoba na tym stanowisku przejmie odpowiedzialność za 4–6-osobowy zespół developerski, który rozwija i integruje rozwiązania IT wspierające działalność całej organizacji (duże MŚP, 300–500 osób). Będziesz blisko współpracować z zespołem odpowiedzialnym za modelowanie procesów biznesowych i przekładać je na efektywne, skalowalne systemy informatyczne.
Job Requirements
Zakres obowiązków:
- Rozwój i utrzymanie systemów (lokalnych i chmurowych) w oparciu o .NET oraz Angular
- Przejęcie roli lidera technicznego: wsparcie zespołu, mentoring, przeglądy kodu, planowanie sprintów
- Nadzór nad architekturą i jakością wdrażanych rozwiązań
- Współpraca z działami biznesowymi i analiza wymagań funkcjonalnych
- Rozwój kultury DevOps w organizacji (CI/CD, Docker, konteneryzacja)
- Inicjowanie i wdrażanie usprawnień technologicznych oraz procesowych
Wymagania:
- Minimum 4–5 lat doświadczenia jako Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET + Angular)
- Znajomość środowisk chmurowych (AWS, GCP) i serwerów lokalnych (Linux)
- Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu CI/CD, konteneryzacji (Docker), mirroringu, redundancji
- Umiejętność projektowania i nadzorowania architektury systemów
- Doświadczenie w pracy zespołowej i predyspozycje liderskie
- Dobra znajomość SQL i zagadnień inżynierii oprogramowania (typy danych, pamięć, routing)
- Wykształcenie informatyczne lub pokrewne (mile widziane)
Mile widziane:
- Doświadczenie jako Tech Lead / Team Lead
- Umiejętność prowadzenia projektów end-to-end
- Inicjatywa w proponowaniu usprawnień technologicznych
