You work closely with hiring managers, write compelling and effective job descriptions, and collaborate daily with your stakeholders. You know exactly how to convince top talent, you gain energy from building relationships, and you turn every opportunity into a successful hire. What Will You Do?
As a Corporate Recruiter, you own your vacancies and work directly with hiring managers to clearly define the right profiles. You write job descriptions that are not only attractive but truly effective, and you leverage all possible recruitment channels to find top candidates.
You source, interview, and select candidates with attention to both skills and cultural fit. You maintain full oversight and ensure a structured recruitment process where you lead from A to Z. You prepare offers, conduct salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
As a strategic partner, you actively contribute ideas on how we can recruit smarter, faster, and more effectively. You help strengthen our employer brand and apply thoughtful labor market communication strategies. You also contribute to strategy and vision, for example by optimizing our recruitment processes.
Job Requirements
What Makes You Our Successful Corporate Recruiter?
- Bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working.
- Excellent command of the Polish and English language, both written and spoken.
- Preferably a background in HRM, Psychology, Communication, or Commercial Economics.
- Preferably 2 years of experience as a recruiter (agency or corporate). Do you have a strong affinity with recruitment but slightly less experience, or different experience that aligns well? We would still love to receive your application.
- Experience recruiting for management roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills; you easily apply different interview techniques and can engage with candidates and internal stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive, flexible, solution-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven.
- Able to handle deadlines and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
