Contract Manager

As the Contract Manager, you own the procurement process and the contract lifecycle, main focus for IT. You are the bridge between our internal departments (like Digital & Tech teams, Facility Management, Finance) and external suppliers.

• Manage Vendors: You onboard new suppliers and act as the primary operational contact for our existing partners.
• Own the Lifecycle: You proactively manage our contracts (renewals, notice periods, obligations).
• Drive Procurement: You handle the daily purchasing flow (hardware, software, services), transforming requests into accurate Purchase Orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Control Licenses: You manage our software portfolio.
• Guard the Finance: You act as the gatekeeper, verifying invoices against orders and resolving discrepancies directly with vendors.
• Be Versatile: You apply your precision to non-IT domains when needed, handling agreements for Housing, Facilities, or Fleet with the same rigor.

• The Liaison: You are our favorite liaison in Warsaw for all contract-related activities and procurement requests. You unburden the teams by taking full ownership as a specialist. As a remote specialist, you know how to bridge the distance (Pln-NL). And yes, you will occasionally fly to the Netherlands to visit our Amsterdam HQ and catch up with your colleagues!

• Experience: You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement support, contract administration, or asset management (preferably IT). You are used to working autonomously.
• Contract Savvy: You understand legal agreements (NDAs, SLAs, Terms & Conditions) and identify commercial risks immediately.
• Negotiator: You are a tough but fair negotiator.
• Sharp: You have an eagle eye for data.
