Student Junior Marketer

What will you do?
As a part-time Junior Marketer at Maandag Nordics, you’re not just a small cog in the machine - you’re a valued team member. Since we´re newly established in Sweden, you’ll be given a lot of freedom and responsibility.
You’ll collaborate on dynamic projects with our Sales Manager and Recruiter, actively shaping Sweden's marketing strategy while focusing on lead generation and employer branding. This means you’ll quickly learn to make decisions independently while always having support and feedback available. It’s not just about “thinking along,” but about “doing” and “daring.”

Your tasks will include:
●   Creating and implementing innovative online and offline marketing campaigns, as well as representing our company at job fairs.
●   Creating a content calendar.
●   Creating content for our social media, newsletters, and website.
●   Analyzing marketing data and making smart recommendations to optimize campaigns.
●   Discovering and seizing new opportunities in the Swedish market on your own initiative.
●   Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop strategic marketing plans and bring ideas to life.

Who are you?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who’s eager to jump into an exciting marketing role. Don’t have years of experience yet? No problem! We’re more interested in your drive and creativity. What we need from you is the ability to work independently but also be open to collaboration and learning.

What we’re looking for:
●   You are in the final phase of your studies (or recently graduated) in marketing, communication, or a related field.
●   You have a proactive attitude and aren’t afraid to make decisions on your own.
●   You are creative and have fresh ideas for online content and campaigns.
●   You feel comfortable with digital marketing and social media and have experience with SEO.
●   You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
