Site Manager- Infrastructure Project

Start date: February Location: Stockholm, on site Contract length: 12 months (with potential extension)

We are looking for a Site Manager for a major tunnel project in the Stockholm region. The role is site-based and involves close collaboration with local installation partners, the client organisation, and an international technical team.

The project is carried out in a complex tunnel environment with high requirements for safety, coordination, and quality. This is a key role with significant responsibility in a long-term public project.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for health, safety, and work environment for all site-related activities
• Ensure all on-site work is executed in compliance with Swedish regulations and BAS-H requirements
• Full responsibility for the execution of all site activities, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
• Planning and monitoring of schedule, progress, and site-related costs
• Responsibility for inventory management, logistics, and proper storage of materials on site
• Support and coordinate international staff travelling to Sweden for on-site work
• Close coordination with: Local installation partners, Test and verification teams and Technical design and engineering teams
• Act as the main on-site interface towards the client, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to audits, evaluations, inspections, and progress reporting

Experience & Qualifications

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of Swedish regulations related to construction and tunnel projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Site Management or a similar role within large-scale tunnel, civil, or construction projects
- Proven experience working in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders
-Experience in international project organisations is considered an advantage
