About the Position

As Maandag® Nordic expand into the Swedish market, we're looking for ambitious sales people to strengthen our sales organization as an Account Manager new business development. Start: According to agreement, as soon as possible Hours: Full time Location: Stockholm As an Account Manager at Maandag® Nordic, you will play a key role in our journey to expand in Stockholm area. Your main focus will be identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with both new clients where you can deliver senior IT professionals for their challenging projects. With your target and salesdriven mindset you know how to enter a new market and develop a sustainable network that will benefit you throughout your career. Are you the person who goes the extra mile? You understand that you have to work harder and smarter than your competitors to make a difference to our clients. You also understand that you have to go the extra mile because you know that this step will be rewarded in your development as an Account Manager and in the payment of your bonus. Therefore personality is key. We are looking for people who are driven to bringin a vacancy, make the deal and get energy from helping the client with the best candidate available in the market. You don't look for excuses, but you find the way to be the best in the market. You have a small mouth and big ears. You know when to ask the right question and when to sell. What you'll be doing

  • Bringing in new clients, by cold calling and attending networks events and fairs - as we quite new to the Swedish market, a big part of your role will be reaching out to new clients in several ways. 
  • Manage your client on the vacancy procceses so that you can close the deal in 1 week, from vacancy to placement.
  • Build strong relationships within your 2 focus industries (Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Insurance, Finance, Industry, Gaming, E-commerce and/or Biotechnology) – learn how to understand client needs and help deliver tailored consulting solutions, working with the recruitment team to ensure smooth processes and great service.
  • Grow through sales – you’ll develop your skills in prospecting, networking and account management as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
  • Take charge of your development – this is a role where your results and drive open real career opportunities within Sweden or in our branches outside Sweden. Or are you the next person who will open a new country on behalf on Maandag®? The sky is the limit! You are offered:

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 1-3 years experience from new business sales in a high paced environment
  • Experience from sales within the staffing or consulting / freelance industry*
  • A sales and result driven mindset with an excisting client network and strong drive to succeed in a competitive market
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish
  • Driver’s license

* You can still apply if you don't have the staffing or consulting experience. If that's the case than we would like to see a strong experience / existing network in two or more of our focus sectors: Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Insurance, Finance, Industry, Gaming / Entertainment, E-commerce, Healthcare and a personal motivation why you are the perfect fit for the job.
