About the Position
We are looking for Production Engineers in collaboration with a major company in Northern Sweden (Norbotten and/ or Västerbotten). In 2025, the green transition will transform the northern economy, with major companies driving sustainable energy and innovation. This shift will create great expansion in the region. Production Engineers are a high priority.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
● Optimize production processes and ensure efficient production planning.
● Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational performance.
● Manage the quality and safety levels of the production process.
● Introduce new products and processes into production workflows.
● Cooperate with suppliers to ensure the quality of subcomponents.
● Oversee production documentation and participate in validation processes.
● Utilize project management skills to drive initiatives forward.
Key Qualifications:
● Strong background in process optimization and production planning.
● Proficient in project management and familiar with ERP systems.
● Knowledge of CAD/CAM software for effective production design.
● A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer or in a similar role.
