Electrical Design Engineer

Start: During January  Duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension Location: Stockholm

As an Electrical Engineer specializing in low-voltage systems, you will play a central role in designing and developing electrical assemblies, wiring harnesses and subsystem architectures for next-generation products. You will collaborate with mechanical, software and manufacturing teams to ensure thorough system integration from concept through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the design of advanced low-voltage electrical assemblies and wiring harnesses
• Creating and maintaining accurate and scalable components within the Zuken E3 library
• Ensuring robust, maintainable schematic structures for long-term system development
• Producing detailed panel layout drawings using E3 Panel
• Generating manufacturing and certification documentation through E3 Report Generator
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful system integration
• Driving continuous improvements in tools, processes, and engineering standards
• Sharing expertise and mentoring colleagues to strengthen the engineering team

To be successful in this role, we see that you have: 

- Educational background in Electrical Engineering (vocational, upper secondary, or university level) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience delivering complex electrical systems from concept to production
- Deep proficiency in Zuken E3 (schematics, Panel, library management, report generation)
- Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical system design, standards, and safety requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal language (Swedish is a plus)
