Scrum Master with German

About the Position
- Introduce and improve Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Facilitate team communication.
- Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement.
- Cooperate closely with development teams (6–18 people per team, ~150 developers in total).
- Work with distributed teams: Scrum Masters in Prague, developers mainly in Piltz, some teams in Berlin.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills; able to motivate quieter teams.
- Open approach to Agile focused on practical improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, POS systems, or payment solutions.
