About the position
Are you a solution-oriented professional with a passion for business processes and ERP systems? We’re always looking for talented Functional Consultants in ERP to join our network. Whether you’re an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist or looking to take the next step in your consulting career, we welcome open applications from motivated individuals who want to explore exciting opportunities – either as freelancers or consultants. We are expecting projects first and foremost in Stockholm, but also in Västerbotten and Norrbotten.
As a Functional Consultant ERP (Dynamics 365), you will play a key role in helping organizations improve efficiency, streamline processes, and get the most value from their ERP systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to support critical operations.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Analyzing and mapping business processes to ERP functionalities
- Gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs for Dynamics 365 modules
- Configuring and customizing ERP solutions to support finance, supply chain, sales, or production workflows
- Supporting integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
- Leading workshops, training sessions, and end-user support activities
- Testing solutions and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
Job Requirements
We’re looking for consultants with strong business acumen and ERP expertise. While project-specific requirements may vary, ideal candidates will bring the following skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central
- Solid understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, logistics, sales, or manufacturing
- Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
- Experience with system configuration, functional design, and user training
- Knowledge of ERP data models, reporting, and integrations
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively in both local and international teams
- Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is an advantage)
