About the position

  • Technical and organizational leadership of a service & support team of approximately 5 members
  • Planning and coordination of available staff capacity
  • Decision-making regarding the billability of service activities
  • Intensive communication with customers, partners, and other team leaders
  • Installation and configuration of our software in customer environments
  • Coordination and monitoring of processes in close cooperation with the customer’s IT department and business unit
  • First and second-level support
  • Quality assurance and support of software development

Job Requirements

  • Vocational training or university degree in (business) informatics, or several years of professional experience in application support/system administration
  • Solid fundamental knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Basic understanding of Windows networks
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is desirables
  • Interest in business-related issues
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Team player with a sense of responsibility, independent and proactive working styleas
  • English and German language skills
