About the position
Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end client onboarding from a telemetry and security tooling perspective. * Deploy and validate SIEM ingestion, log pipelines, and parsing. * Ensure telemetry completeness required for detections and signal chaining. * Own parsing quality, normalization, enrichment, and schema alignment. * Coordinate closely with SOC to confirm detection readiness before go-live. * Troubleshoot ingestion gaps, agent issues, parsing errors, and data loss. * Maintain deployment standards, checklists, and validation criteria. * Work directly with client IT, infrastructure, and security teams. * Support complex environments (hybrid, multi-cloud, on-prem).

Job Requirements
Required Experience
* 5+ years in security engineering, SIEM, or MDR deployment roles.
* Strong hands-on experience with log ingestion, parsing, and telemetry pipelines.
* Solid understanding of logs, regex, parsers, schemas, and data normalization.
* Strong Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals.
* Comfortable operating in client production environments.
