About the position
Role Summary We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in business development within a recruitment agency or staffing environment. You will drive new client acquisition, develop lasting commercial relationships, and contribute to revenue growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Market Growth
- Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the UAE recruitment market.
- Conduct targeted outreach (cold-calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns) to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, networking forums, and business conferences to expand Maandag®’s presence.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture professional relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers across sectors.
- Understand clients’ talent acquisition needs and present tailored staffing/recruitment solutions.
- Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline with accurate data on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Support the development of sales strategies and campaigns to increase market share.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, service packages, and presentations.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery.
Performance & Targets
- Achieve agreed-upon monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on BD activity, pipeline health, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to team workshops and ongoing improvements in sales processes.
Job Requirements
Required:
- 1–3 years’ experience in business development or sales within a recruitment/ staffing agency (UAE/Dubai experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
